From the dashboard, select the municipality you are authorized to upload documents to:
Next, select the type of document you're uploading from the predefined list on the next screen. If you're looking for a document type that doesn't exist, either select "Misc. Documents" or submit a support ticket with the document type you'd like to see added.
The next screen is where you'll do the bulk of your uploading. This page lets you create/edit/delete files and folders. Files and folders can be nested within each other as much as needed. Each folder and file has a name field and a sort date field. Folders are named manually, while filenames are populated from the filename as the document is uploaded.
Sort date is used to sort documents in descending order by date. If a sort date isn't populated, files are sorted alphanumerically. If a filename contains a sort date, the date field will be populated automatically as long as it matches these patterns.
You may upload .doc, .docx, .rtf, and .pdf files. The application will allow you to upload a single file or multiple files. If uploading multiple files it's easiest to drag and drop the group of files on top of the upload dialog box. Max upload size is 10 MB per file.
After the files are uploaded you'll see visual confirmation if the upload was successful for each file. After upload files are immediately viewable and searchable on the public facing site.
